Automatic Injection Blow Molding Machine

ZQ40 is a small and medium-sized injection molding/blow molding machine (injection molding is a process combining injection molding and blow molding), mainly used for producing plastic container products (such as beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, etc.), and is a commonly used molding equipment in the packaging industry.

1.The activity designed cavity and neck of injection mold and special designed oil waywhich can be changed conveniently to ensure the tube billet size, the stable tempera-ture.

2.Injection mold material adopt imported $136 steel alloy or 4Cr3 stainless steel. Thehigh strength steel increase the service life.

3.The optimized hot runner system and bottle embryo to ensure the gram weight devia-tion and wall thickness deviation minimization, The special structure of mandrel willkeep the fast molding cycle and good core cooling effect.

4.The mouth and thread are accurate in size and 100% sealed.
